This Privacy Statement explains how information is handled when you play Kingside Break, visit this
site, or contact support. Kingside Break is developed and published by Ha Chun under the YuJam
Games name. In this statement, “YuJam Games,” “we,” and “us” refer to Ha Chun operating under
that public name.
Kingside Break is an offline-first, single-player game. Its local save may contain:
- campaign progress, level results, stars, scores, attempts, and earned Gold;
- checkpoint, General, Skirmish, race-recruitment, Hero, Army, settings, and cosmetic ownership;
- local achievement-reconciliation facts; and
- aggregate gameplay counters such as puzzle starts, retries, completions, failures, hint use,
checkpoint results, Skirmish results, difficulty counts, and Skip Pass activity.
These records are stored on your device so the game can save progress, apply settings, display your
history, restore owned content, and reconcile platform achievements. The local aggregate counters
do not contain an account identifier, move-by-move history, timestamp, device fingerprint, or
free-text input. The current game does not upload them to a YuJam Games analytics service.
When Kingside Break is used through Steam, Valve may process information needed for authentication,
purchases, licences, downloads, DLC ownership, achievements, statistics, overlay functions, fraud
prevention, and platform support. The Steam integration may read DLC entitlements and submit the
specific achievements and progress statistics shown on Steam. YuJam Games does not receive your
Steam password or full payment-card details.
Valve handles this information under its own agreements and privacy policy. YuJam Games may receive
storefront, sales, ownership, achievement, or aggregate reporting made available to publishers by
Steam. Steam data handling and controls are provided through your Steam account and Valve's
services.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address,
message, screenshots, logs, save files, and technical details. We use it to respond, reproduce and
fix problems, prevent abuse, and keep an appropriate support record. Do not send passwords, payment
credentials, authentication codes, or unrelated personal information.
Support records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the request, product support, legal
obligations, dispute handling, and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized when practical.
The current Windows game has no YuJam Games account system, advertising SDK, first-party analytics
upload, social feed, chat, user-generated-content service, or real-money checkout inside the game.
Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity Purchasing, and Unity cloud crash reporting are configured off in
the project. YuJam Games does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
- Valve/Steam provides distribution, purchases, licences, DLC delivery, achievements, platform
statistics, and account services.
- Unity provides the game engine. Analytics, advertising, purchasing, and cloud crash reporting
are not enabled for the current Windows build.
- Google provides Google Sites hosting and Gmail support-email service. Google may process
browser, device, IP-address, cookie, server-log, and email-delivery information under Google's
Privacy Policy.
YuJam Games has not added Google Analytics, advertising, mailing-list signup, or a support form to
this site. Google Sites may still use cookies and process technical information required to provide,
secure, measure, or improve Google's service. Google's privacy policy is available at
Local save data remains on your device until you delete it, remove the relevant user profile, or the
operating system removes it. Uninstall behavior can vary, so manually delete the Kingside Break data
folder if you want to remove retained local files. Back up progress first if you may want it later.
Steam-managed data and purchase records are controlled through Steam and retained under Valve's
policies. Contact Steam Support for Steam-account, payment, or platform-data requests. Contact
support.yujamgames@gmail.com for a support record or other information directly controlled by
YuJam Games.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small independent game to protect information under our
control. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive personal
information that is not needed to solve a support request.
Kingside Break is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not provide
accounts, chat, advertising, or social features. If you believe a child sent personal information
directly to support, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Steam, Google, and other support providers may process information in countries other than your
own. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to request access, correction,
deletion, or other controls over personal information we hold. Send a request to
support.yujamgames@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify and respond to the
request.
We may update this statement when the game, Steam integration, support site, service providers, or
law changes. The updated version will show a new effective date. Material changes should be posted
before the affected feature is released where practical.
