Scope
This notice covers the YuJam Games website, support correspondence, and the privacy design for Catch a Cheater by the Hand while the game is in development.
Game data and planned online play
We are developing the game without YuJam Games game servers, a separate YuJam Games account, or a player database. We do not plan developer analytics, advertising tracking, or automatic crash-report uploads.
Settings and gameplay records may be stored locally on your device.
Multiplayer is still in development and is planned to use Steam services. Valve may process account and connection information to provide those services under its own privacy policy.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Reports may include game version, device specifications, screenshots, or diagnostic logs.
Please remove unrelated personal information and never send passwords, authentication codes, payment details, or identity documents.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond, investigate problems, maintain support records, protect our services, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, this may be responding to your request before or under a contract, our legitimate interests in providing support and security, or compliance with law. If we ask for consent for a specific optional use, you may withdraw it.
Service providers and cookies
This website is hosted on Google Sites, and support email uses Gmail. Google may process technical information, including IP addresses, browser or device information, and cookies, to provide and protect its services.
Google's privacy policy:

You can manage cookies in your browser.
When you use Steam, Valve handles information under its own privacy policy:

These providers may process information in countries outside your own; their notices explain their practices and transfer arrangements.
Retention and security
Support information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to resolve and follow up on a request, maintain necessary records, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized.
Access is limited to people who need the information for those purposes. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where used, or complain to a data protection authority.
We may need proportionate information to verify a request. Contact Google or Valve for information they independently control.
Future game features and updates
Before new online game features introduce additional personal-data processing, this notice will be updated to explain the information involved, its purposes, recipients, retention, and your choices.
