YuJam Games is the public developer and publisher name used by Ha Chun. It is not a separate legal

entity.

Third-party materials

Kingside Break includes licensed third-party software, fonts, audio, and visual components. Required

notices and attributions are included with the installed game in LEGAL_NOTICES.txt and, where

applicable, accompanying license files. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective

owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

The game's SPUM-derived characters and cosmetics are incorporated under licenses purchased by the

publisher. Purchasing Kingside Break or its downloadable content does not transfer the underlying

source-asset rights to the player.

Cosmetic DLC license

Kingside Break cosmetic DLC is licensed for use only inside Kingside Break. It may not be exported,

transferred, sublicensed, traded, resold, tokenized, or used as an NFT. Distributed DLC contains

only the compiled content and runtime dependencies required by the game; it does not grant reusable

source art, editor scenes, creator tools, or an export right.

Cosmetic DLC does not change chess rules, AI strength, campaign access, rewards, or player power.

Platform terms

Purchases and platform services are also subject to the applicable Steam Subscriber Agreement and

Valve policies. Steam processes payments, refunds, account access, licenses, and downloads.
